Waller, Smith & Palmer, P.C. Continues Long History with New Partner

Waller, Smith & Palmer, P.C. (“WSP”) is pleased to announce that it has named attorney Timothy D. Bleasdale a partner.  Founded in 1885 by former Connecticut Governor Thomas M. Waller as Waller & Waller, WSP is one of eastern Connecticut’s oldest firms.  Today, WSP is a full-service law firm providing personal, efficient, and quality legal services to a diverse clientele.

Bleasdale is a member of the firm’s municipal, land use, and civil litigation practice groups.  He joined the firm in 2015 as an associate and has represented municipal, organizational, and individual clients in all manner of administrative hearings as well as litigation up to and including the Connecticut Supreme Court. In particular, Bleasdale has earned a reputation for quality work in the area of land use law and real property disputes.

In addition to his private practice with WSP, Bleasdale also served as a law clerk to Justice Lubbie Harper, Jr., and Judge Paul M. Foti at the Appellate Court (2016-2017) and as a law clerk in the Superior Court (2014-2015). While finishing his law degree, Bleasdale also served as a legislative fellow in the Connecticut General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Research where he worked as a non-partisan research analyst.  He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  Bleasdale resides in Waterford with his family, where he serves on the Waterford Planning and Zoning Commission.
